What Happens After You Write to Us

We'll send a short questionnaire about how you eat now, what you're hoping for, and your schedule. It's not a test—we just want to understand where you're starting.

Your first call lasts about 45 minutes. We'll explain our education-based coaching, answer your questions, share pricing options, and see if we're a good fit. No pressure to enroll. Coaching is not medical care.

Come to our Northport studio or meet by video—whatever works for you. Lots of clients do a monthly in-person visit plus weekly video check-ins.

Before Your First Visit

  • Free parking in the lot next to our building on McFarland Boulevard.
  • Just show up as you are. Try not to arrive starving or stuffed—we'll have a relaxed conversation about food.
  • For video sessions, find a quiet spot with decent Wi-Fi. We use regular video chat—nothing to download.
